Fully virtual/remote of-counsel to full time role

3+ years experience with trademark and copyright law required

What the role could include:

• Domestic And Foreign Trademark Advice And Prosecution 

• Copyright Advice And Filings

• Responses To Office Actions 

• TTAB Matters, Including Oppositions And Cancellations

• Trademark Clearance 

• Drafting Of Agreements

• Federal Litigation

• Domain Name Disputes

• Enforcement Letters

Required Education and Experience:

​

1. License to practice in at least one state

2. Minimum 3 years of experience

3. Experience independently handling trademark searches, enforcement letters, responses to complicated office actions, and coexistence agreements, and related matters

4. Trademark and copyright coursework in law school

5. Bilingual preferred

6. Former USPTO examiner experience welcomed
